Daman Specialized Contracting was entrusted with the deployment of Mobile FTTH (Fiber to the Home) infrastructure cabinets across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia, contributing to the Kingdom’s digital transformation initiatives and broadband expansion strategy.
This large-scale project involved the full-scope implementation — from initial site surveys and technical design to civil construction, fiber optic works, and final configuration — ensuring high-speed fiber connectivity to residential and commercial areas.
Scope of Work:
Survey & Design Engineering
Detailed site surveys and FTTH layout design tailored to local topology, cabinet locations, access routes, and fiber distribution planning.
Civil Works
Excavation, trenching, duct laying, foundation construction, manhole installations, and cabinet base preparation in compliance with telecom standards.
Cabinet Installation
Delivery and secure mounting of FTTH distribution cabinets with proper grounding, ventilation, and environmental protection features.
Fiber Optic Works
Fiber cable pulling, splicing, termination, and OTDR testing to ensure signal integrity and high-performance connectivity.
Configuration & Commissioning
On-site configuration of passive and active FTTH components, labeling, documentation, and integration with the telecom operator’s network management systems.
